How much space do you need?
Most booths fit comfortably in a 10×10 ft area with access to a standard power outlet. The 360 platform and glow enclosure need a bit more room — we'll confirm the ideal footprint for your setup when you book.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular dates — especially Saturdays in peak season — book months ahead. As soon as you have a date, reach out; a deposit secures your booth and time.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A rental deposit secures your date and time and is applied to your total. Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the event.
Do you travel? Are there travel fees?
We're Philadelphia-based and serve PA, NJ, MD, NY and surrounding areas. Travel within our core area is included; longer distances may add a small travel fee, which we'll always quote up front.
How long does setup take?
We arrive early to fully set up and test before your event start time — setup and breakdown are included in every package and never count against your rental hours.
Can you match our theme, colors or logo?
Absolutely. We design custom print layouts with your colors, monogram or logo, and offer 20+ backdrops. We can even work from your event invitation to match fonts and style.
